Thoughts, the Law of Attraction and Your Vibrating Frequencies
What are thoughts? Thoughts are real things! Your thoughts, my thoughts, everyone's thoughts have a frequency. Take a moment and look around you. Everything that you can and can’t see has a vibrational frequency. Think about that! The smallest grain of sand and the tallest building in the world both emit frequencies. Even the magnificent atom has its own vibration. It is so incredibly important that your thoughts send out a frequency that will bring back exactly what you want because if you’re resistant in your thinking regarding the notion that you can attract and have the things you want, you are lessening the effect of The Law of attraction.

What is the Law of Attraction? Well, breaking it down into its simplest form it means “Like attracts Like!” Which pretty much translates into; “what you think about, is what you get!” It is a flawless, Universal, law. There are two realms of thought we live in which help to shape our reality. They are;
DOMINANT THOUGHTS: These thoughts have the biggest impact in our daily lives. They can either vibrate at a positive frequency and bring us joy and happiness or vibrate at a lower frequency and bring us pain and sorrow.
NON DOMINANT THOUGHTS: These thoughts have very little impact in our daily lives. They are minor thoughts which come and go, and just drift away.
DOMINANT THOUGHTS: These thoughts have the biggest impact in our daily lives. They can either vibrate at a positive frequency and bring us joy and happiness or vibrate at a lower frequency and bring us pain and sorrow.

Now before you start freaking out because you’re worried about the dire consequences you’re going to get because of some negative thoughts you’ve had lately . . . relax! Luckily for us, the Universe is a good sport and doesn’t move at the speed of light which gives us time to rethink and undo our negative thoughts and emotions.
Can you imagine if it didn’t? Bluntly put; “We’d all be screwed!” We are all human and of course we are going to have times of doubt, anger, fear and other negative emotions, it’s totally normal. The challenge is recognizing them when they’re happening and putting some effort into changing the frequencies from negative to positive. The trouble usually occurs when you can’t stop “dwelling” on a negative event or emotion. That’s when you’re seriously asking for trouble and need to change you’re thinking ASAP!

Conversely, if you know how to apply the "Law of Attraction" the correct way then you have the ability to attract joy, happiness, wealth, good health, healing and many other positive things into your life. Did you notice that I said; “apply correctly?” Here’s the skinny; The Law of Attraction does not mean that you just sit on your couch for hours upon end, watching television, while thinking about receiving millions of dollars, and then waiting for the loot to magically appear.
Sorry to disappoint you, but it doesn’t work that way. If it did, we’d all be millionaires! Along with the positive thinking, you also must know; how to ask the Universe for what you want, how to take deliberate action, how to know if you’re creating resistance, how to receive and accept all that you’re asking for and how to love unconditionally. |
To manifest all the wonderful things you want in life, it's up to you to be a willing participant with the Universe, and create a lifelong partnership. That’s where I come in. It’s not all about attracting money either. The Law of Attraction works for health, relationships, objects (such as cars etc…) and just about anything else you can think of, but I must warn you; if you attempt to use it to cause harm against anyone or anything, you’re in for a very rude awakening as that low, dense, negative energy will come back at you tenfold.

You must realize that sometimes, things are just not meant to be, but by focusing and using "deliberate action," it can lead you to something else, some other journey, that you never expected.
Let me ask you this; "Do you really think that if you decided one day, without proper training or study, to manifest your dream to become a rich and famous singer or scientist, that you would wake up the next day and all of a sudden be a famous opera star or physicist?" Reality check! Unless you have been actively studying or training to be or do something, then that type of manifestation is an impossibility.
However, by taking "deliberate action" to manifest your desires, the "universe" has a unique way of leading you to things you never expected you'd like or that you'd even want to do. You should always be "mindful" of what the universe is showing you. Once you can do that, wait till you see the opportunities that are suddenly yours for the taking. Grab them and go with it, they're there for a reason, it's not a coincidence, there are no coincidences. "Always Be Mindful!"

Do You Vibrate At 500 or above?
Yes, you read that right and it’s a real thing. What I’m talking about is the Map of Consciousness created by Dr. David Hawkins. Dr. Hawkins is a psychiatrist who, after going through some life altering events noticed a change in his state of consciousness from an ego based, mind focus to an almost euphoric state of bliss where he felt a constant connection with “the Presence” It was because of these drastic changes in consciousness that Dr. Hawkins felt the desire to search for the reason why they happened and how he could describe them to help mankind in our pursuit of enlightenment.
The Map of Consciousness is a numerical scale which measures positive from negative, power from force and truth from falsehood. Dr. Hawkins believes that every word, every thought and every intention creates what is called a morphogenetic field or attractor field and that these energy fields can be measured by a very simple process known as Kinesiology.

Called the vibration frequency code, it is based on an overall accumulation of your emotions, your attitude and how you respond and react. How long and intense you stay in certain thoughts and emotions that generate as feelings is what actualizes and expands the accumulated energy of consciousness that becomes your vibrational frequency. With that being said, it’s a pretty safe bet to say that low, dense, negative emotions are the lowest numbers on the scale and emotions such as joy, happiness and peace are way up there on the number chart.
If we stay in one emotion for a long period of time, our bodies absorb that energy and we vibrate at that frequency. At the bottom of the list is shame which vibrates at a level of 20 and at the top of the list vibrating at a level of 700-1,000 is enlightenment. Love, Joy and Peace vibrate at 500, 540 and 600 in that order. Anger bottoms out at 150 and Fear comes in at a 75. The lower your frequencies, the more stress you put on your bodies culminating in sickness, pain and depression.

Staying at a level of 500 or greater is optimal, but again, we are only human and all of us will certainly have days well below that. The trick is to recognize your negative emotion, bring it to the surface, really feel it and then accept it. Lastly, it may seem harsh, but deal with it. Transform those low, dense, negative energies and raise your vibrational frequency. Did you know that pain is the end result of buried emotions not dealt with yet or processed?
