The benefits of meditation could fill up this entire page so to sum it all up . . . "meditation does a body, mind and soul good!" I'm not saying that you have to spend six hours a day sitting in the lotus position chanting out mantra's (you can if you want, that's your choice), but even meditating for six minutes will create a positive change in your energy frequency that you will clearly notice.
