Whether You Believe It Or Not . . . You're Right

Please here me out on this one. Life can get tough sometimes, we know that, but does that shift your energy to a "not believing" energy? Of course during those difficult times, there will be sadness, rage, let down, and a whole lot more of nasty. It is during these shitty times that you must try to not destroy your beautiful energy. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying to try and fake being happy to keep a "positive flow," when it's just impossible to do so. If someone you love dearly suddenly breaks it off with you, I would hope that you wouldn't be jumping up and down with joy and happiness. Most people would experience hurt, anger, self loathing, etc... and that is O K, it's normal, but deep inside your subconscious, is a beautiful flicker of some moment of happiness and utter love, that you can depend upon at times like this.

You see, because whether you believe it or not . . ."YOU'RE RIGHT!" No matter what you believe, the universe will respond accordingly, whether it's good or bad. The universe does not discriminate. I guess what I'm trying to say is, "Please don'​t give up during those terrible times. Step back and realize that you're not in a good place, and there's good reason for it, but try to find that flicker and hold onto it, even if you're raging and heartbroken." You need to slowly condition yourself to react with both the flicker and the other grief you're dealing with. You can do it, I know you can! I have absolute faith in all of you, now have that same faith in yourselves!

TAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF

Do you take time out of your day just for you? Even like five minutes? If you don't, you should, and if you do, well, maybe you could teach others to do the same thing. You're all worth it and should "allow," yourself an allotted piece of the day, just for you. Only you can make it happen, so this is what I'd love for you to do;

Starting today, I want you to set aside at least five minutes of your day, and do nothing but close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Learn how to regulate your breathing. People don't realize that throughout our day, our breathing usually becomes quicker and more shallow. This is a direct response to the hectic, stressful, lives we lead.

Check yourself out during the day. Ask yourself; "what is my breathing like right now?" If you are not taking calm, proper breaths, pause, and self-regulate. You will be amazed at the calming affect it will have on you. After all . . . "your body wants to be in oxygen, not out of oxygen." Take time out of your day just for yourself!

BECOME AWARE OF YOUR THOUGHTS

How many thoughts a day do you think? The average person has between 12,000 and 60,000 thoughts per day. And of those thoughts, 80% of them are negative, and 95% are exactly the same thoughts, they thought the day before. This means that on the average we only have 5% of new thoughts. Think about that for a minute! Eighty percent of your thoughts are "NEGATIVE!" Oh, how dismal, right? But, what do you believe would happen if you could become aware of the thoughts you're thinking and break that negative pattern? 

I know what will happen. If you can become aware of your thoughts and systematically change those negative thoughts into positive thoughts, over time, you'd break through and shatter the glass cage you're living in, and your life, your world, would become so, so, much better. So, for today, I want all my friends out there to try and make it a point to stop and become "aware" of the thoughts you're thinking. Are they negative? If so, then change them. Turn the thought around so it has a positive outcome. Do you ever have thoughts about something or some event that you know won't happen and it's all made up? When you have those thought, I want you to stop yourselves and say; "why am I thinking this? The thoughts I am creating are fake and won't take place." Next, replace that thought with a positive affirmation, a memory of a happy event that actually took place, or how much love you have to offer the universe.

It isn't easy, I know, but I sincerely think you'll be amazed at the true number of negative thoughts the average person thinks in just one day. If you can put this into practice, I promise you. you'll see a shift in your present reality.

ANGER AND PUNISHMENT

Anger . . . it happens to all of us, doesn't it? Anger is a natural human emotion just as happiness and sorrow are, but who are we punishing when we become angry? Our first instinct is to usually lash out verbally, physically or both. Have you ever become so angry that you hit or kicked something and hurt yourself? Maintaining anger raises your blood pressure to very unhealthy levels and can cause you to do things completely out of sync with your character. I get it, some events, actions or words, can send you over the top and rightfully so, but think about this for a minute.

Every time you become angry, you're punishing yourself for the actions of others. Try to remember this the next time the anger starts to build, and ask yourself; "Who am I hurting by becoming this enraged?" Try channeling that anger and bring it to a place of resolution, before it has the chance to manifest into something detrimental to you. Is it easy? No, absolutely not! It takes practice, patience, and willpower, but in time, you will master it. Be kind to yourself, you deserve it!

DEPRESSION AND SADNESS, DO THEY INTERFERE WITH MANIFESTING?

Let's face it, everyone get's depressed once in awhile, and everyone experiences sadness too. I don't think I have ever met anyone who hasn't, how about you?  I mean, maybe there's a monk somewhere up on top of a mountain in a perpetual state of nirvana who doesn't, but other than him, the odds of finding other people who don't are probably slim to none. There will always be events and situations that make you sad or depressed, even while you're diligently being a creator and requesting something from the universe. It's called life folks, and we must all be part of its joys as well as its sorrows.​

For example; if someone you love dies, gets hurt, or becomes very sick, you're going to be sad about it. Your not going to say "sorry you died grandma, I can't grieve for you or be sad right now, because I'm trying to do some manifesting work and mama needs a brand new car!" Sounds silly, right? But you get my point. The same holds true for depression. Let's say that you just experienced a huge, life-changing, knockout. Are you going to smile and laugh and say "It's no big deal, I have plenty more dreams that can be shattered?" I sincerely doubt that would be your answer. You would be experiencing depression, and there's nothing wrong with that. Will it interfere with your manifesting rituals? Yes, it absolutely will, but eventually, you will be able to "LET GO," and begin again right where you left off.

The best advice I can give you is to accept and acknowledge your sadness and depression. The next thing you should do is "ALLOW" yourself the opportunity to heal, just as you "ALLOW" the universe to lead you to your desires. It's not a race, there's no one yelling "I win, I beat you getting out of my depression." The process is different for all of us beautiful souls, but if you at least try to be grateful and thankful, each day for one thing, no matter how small it is, then you will be on your way to healing. If, however, and I cannot stress this enough, your sadness or depression doesn't ease up or seem to be getting better at all, and it's been a long time, please, please, seek professional advice from your doctor or a licensed therapist. Sometimes we all need a little extra help and understanding, and there's nothing to be ashamed of.

GET UNCOMFORTABLE AND SHOW GRATITUDE FOR IT!

Be thankful . . . Be grateful . . . and if it means having to get super uncomfortable doing so, well then, so be it!  I can't understand it when people believe that manifesting something is as easy as waving a magic wand around and saying hocus pocus. Reality check . . . it doesn't work that way, so get off the train heading for fantasy land and wake up. Do you want to manifest something? Yes? Think about this for a minute. When you get up in the morning, what are your first thoughts? Do you want to know what the first thing I do every morning is? "I SAY THANK YOU!' Even if I know that the journey ahead for that day is going to be a challenging one.

Do you repeat the same exact predictable rituals every day? Sorry, but you'll NEVER be able to manifest anything remaining stagnant and ungrateful. You can't begin every day worrying about, or obsessing about, everything that is going to, or might possibly, take place in your day. By doing this, you immediately place your frequencies in a place of both lack and fear. Sure, you may have a truly sucky day ahead of you, and you know it, but sometimes we need to get extremely uncomfortable in our thoughts to live in a personal reality of truth. Break free from your same old routine. Wake up, say "THANK YOU!," and quietly go inside yourself and take a walk down a road of acceptance and truth. Forgive yourself, forgive others, invite that hurt from your past to walk with you, and tell it, that you must part ways now, and let the damn thing go! return from the walk, grateful, and in a state of thankfulness, and then place your manifesting intentions out there in the universe. Do this along with (CPA) "Controlled, Purposeful, Action," and surrender it to the universe. Now you'll be on your way to receive your desires.

BE THE CREATOR, LET GO OF THE PAST

It is only possible to create the life changes you desire to manifest when you let go of the past.  You must always be in the "present"  to manipulate  your environment to begin the process of "manifesting."  Nothing will change if your head-space is stuck on an emotional distraction and attachment from your past. It just ain't gonna happen!! You must first practice owning your head-space. Focus on your breathing and pull that energy up from your gut and into your head. Connect to the divine light of the universe. Live and "be" in the "NOW!" Take concentrated, purposeful, action (CPA) to show the universe you mean business. Use that space in the universe and with every beautiful emotion attached to your desire, "MAKE IT HAPPEN!"
