BECOME AWARE OF YOUR THOUGHTS
I know what will happen. If you can become aware of your thoughts and systematically change those negative thoughts into positive thoughts, over time, you'd break through and shatter the glass cage you're living in, and your life, your world, would become so, so, much better. So, for today, I want all my friends out there to try and make it a point to stop and become "aware" of the thoughts you're thinking. Are they negative? If so, then change them. Turn the thought around so it has a positive outcome. Do you ever have thoughts about something or some event that you know won't happen and it's all made up? When you have those thought, I want you to stop yourselves and say; "why am I thinking this? The thoughts I am creating are fake and won't take place." Next, replace that thought with a positive affirmation, a memory of a happy event that actually took place, or how much love you have to offer the universe.
It isn't easy, I know, but I sincerely think you'll be amazed at the true number of negative thoughts the average person thinks in just one day. If you can put this into practice, I promise you. you'll see a shift in your present reality.
