Every time you become angry, you're punishing yourself for the actions of others. Try to remember this the next time the anger starts to build, and ask yourself; "Who am I hurting by becoming this enraged?" Try channeling that anger and bring it to a place of resolution, before it has the chance to manifest into something detrimental to you. Is it easy? No, absolutely not! It takes practice, patience, and willpower, but in time, you will master it. Be kind to yourself, you deserve it!
