"THE 3 WEEK DIET"

Hi friends, hope all is well with you? Normally I don't endorse many products or fads, but this one is worth the endorsement. The "New Year" is here and I'm sure there are millions of people who made resolutions to lose weight and get in shape for 2017. Am I right?

DOES A NEW YEAR MEAN MORE NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS?

Happy New Year friends, hope all is well with you and yours? Did you make any New Year's Resolutions? Not me, nope, never. A long time ago, I made a "New Year's Resolution" to never make another New Year's Resolution ever again! You see, "New Year's Resolutions are like "piecrust promises," easily made . . . easily broken.

I know that the intentions of everyone are all sincere and good, but you know what they say about intentions, right? I think it's great that you want to quit smoking, lose weight, get in shape, reduce your stress, etc . . bur are you just setting yourself up for failure? It's a proven fact that 90% of people who make New Year's Resolutions, fall off the wagon or quit after only a few short weeks. Why is that?

The answer is actually quite simple. People who make resoltuions are generally trying to force or commit themselves into doing something that their subconscious is not yet ready to allow them to do. Sounds complicated huh? It really isn't though. If you are sincere about the goal(s) you want to achieve, you must first prep that stubborn subconscious to ease up and allow the changes you want to make. The "subconscious" hates change!

My suggestion to you is pick a date you want to begin that new change, but make it at least 3 weeks out. About 3 weeks before, create some positive affirmation's that pertain to your specific goal and repeat them either out loud or to yourself all day long. An example of this would be; "I am not a smoker, I don't smoke" or "I totally enjoy exercising because it makes me feel great and gives me so much energy" or "I am a healthy eater and I don't need junk food"

I think you get the idea of how this works. Anyway, by continuously repeating these affirmations to yourself on a daily basis, you are convincing your subconscious that what you say is true and factual. Remember, your subconscious believes everything you think, so keep those thoughts "positive" and at a higher "vibrational frequency!" I cannot stress this enough!

Whatever it is you want to do or change, you can't look at it as a death sentence or something you "have" to do, because your "subconscious" will respond by giving you exactly what you're feeling. Don't give it any more "negative" ammunition than it already has, it knows you're up to something. If you remain positive and repeat those "positive" affirmations every day, I see only success in the endeavors you choose.

May this New Year bring you happiness, joy, abundance, peace and love! Remember . . . Live, Love and Laugh!
