"Does Ego-Driven Stubbornness, Clutter Your Road To Reconciliation?" Wow, that is one, long-winded, question, huh? Well, does it clutter your road to reconciliation? Do you even understand what 'm asking? Do you find it difficult to "forgive" someone because of something they regrettably did to you quite awhile ago? Could it be your "ego" that is preventing you from giving forgiveness? Some people look at "forgiveness" as a sign of weakness, but in reality, it is a sign of strength and courage.
Over a period of years, our minds, like our lives, builds up clutter which unless cleaned out, results in the inability to process thoughts outside our everyday, domestic, ones. Part of that clutter could be stubbornness to release what doesn't serve you well. Is there someone you'd like to reconcile with, but your ego is standing in the way of making the first move of "forgiveness?" Why? Years travel by so quickly and time really does not stand still for any of us, so why not offer the proverbial olive branch to that person or people, who hurt you?
Clean out that clutter! Even if you "forgive" and they don't reciprocate back, you have released such a weight of negativity, and you will feel better. So, drop the ego, lose the stubbornness, and reconcile with your friend, your family, your pet. just do it! You may be pleasantly surprised at the outcome. Friendships are not suppose to wither away and die, before it's to late, give "forgiveness."
May you sleep peacefully, without worry or pain, and may you all have beautiful dreams that bring you love, light and pure source energy!

For these reasons and more, everyone needs to step back and "change" their thought process in regards to "revenge," because it's not going to work. I implore everyone to use your hearts, your common sense brain, your better judgement, and with unconditional love, condemn anyone you know, willing to participate in this endless, "cycle of revenge." You, personally, may not be seeking revenge, but if you find joy in reading about or hearing about plans for payback, then you have absorbed that "dark energy," and are no better than the people who conceived it. Remember; "thoughts are energy and all negative thoughts will only attract more of the same back to yourself."
Believe you can make a "change" using "positive energy." Just because other people act like animals and say horrible things, doesn't mean you have too. In the end, you will only be remembered for the negativity you spewed and not for anything "positive" you ever did. Sadly, the memory of anything good you accomplished will just fall by the wayside, never acknowledged, never remembered. "Break The Cycle Of Revenge," and replace it with blessings of love, light, and pure source energy.
"When Everything Is Going Wrong, Do You Have Doubts About Manifesting?"
Do you sincerely practice different techniques for "manifesting" your desires? I'd like to believe that most people have some sort of routine they align with and use as a tool for invoking the "Law of Attraction." I know I do, but, have you ever had one of those days where everything seems to be just falling apart and turning into the proverbial poo-poo? Yeah, so have I. And as long as we're being honest here, let me just state for the record, that it's happened to me more times than I would have liked it too. Which brings me to my next few questions . . .
When this happens, do you start to panic because suddenly it feels like your whole day is negatively shifting in the wrong direction? Does it seem like negative events are happening to you one right after the other? Do you find yourself thinking; "why is this happening to me, I'm doing my best to meditate and create a positive shift and it's not working?" We all go through this and it's completely normal to have this reaction. I also believe that you are doing everything you know how, to "change" the pattern and cause a "positive shift." So why doesn't it work?
The first thing you need to do is stop whatever you're doing and take several deep, cleansing, breaths, while repeating to yourself; "I allow my mind to calm down, I allow my mind to calm down." You will need to keep doing this until you know your mind has calmed down and you can organize your thoughts. Remember this; "you cannot meditate or cause a shift when there is chaos going on in your mind and energy field." Once you've done that, start repeating to yourself, everything you're grateful for. It's amazing how fast you can raise your vibrations with "gratitude." Next, command all the negativity away. send it away and bless it with love, light and positive energy. You should start to feel a "positive shift" take place and it should cause an end to the mishaps.

ENERGY AND EMOTIONS
Everything is "energy," and "energy," is everything. We live in a duality reality, therefore we cannot have "positive energy," without having "negative energy." We do, however, have free will, and free will, allows us to choose how we want to use or direct that "energy." This is even true with our emotions. What are emotions? Common sense says that most people will answer; "it's a feeling, like joy, happiness, sadness or depression." And while that way of thinking is true, where do these "emotions" come from? Emotions are formed by thoughts and all thoughts are "energy." So, the next time you're feeling sad or unhappy, shift the "energy" of your thoughts to a higher vibration.
That doesn't mean if you're sad and hurting because someone died, you need to shift your "energy" to try and make yourself happy, because that will not work. In such an instance, I would try to recall a "thought" of that person that makes you smile or laugh. This will help you to recall more pleasant memories (thoughts), causing a domino effect of "positive energy," which will gently change your "emotional" status at a pace that's right for you. Where a shift would work immediately is if someone really ticked you off about something minor, and you let your "emotions" spiral out of control. This would be a good time to take a breath and guide your thoughts to something upbeat and positive.
"DO YOU KNOW HOW TO CONCENTRATE"
Do you know how to "concentrate?" How many of you reading this are parents? When you were younger did your parents ever tell you to "concentrate" when you were doing your homework or studying for a test? Have you ever told your own children to "concentrate?"
Now, the big question . . . Have you ever "taught your children HOW to "concentrate?" How do you expect them to concentrate if they have no idea how to do it? Did your parents teach you how to "concentrate?"
We're all guilty of it, myself included. Recently, I was watching a monk named Dandapani give a lecture and he brought this up. It blew me away because up until now, I had never given it any thought. It kind of made me feel really guilty for all the times I must have told my three daughters to "concentrate," without ever wondering if they actually knew how to "concentrate."
So, how do you teach yourself, your children, or anyone else how to "concentrate?" Like anything else in life, it takes practice. The key to learning how to "concentrate" is first learning how to "focus." This can be achieved by practicing giving your undivided attention to things throughout your day. Ask your child to describe something, it can be anything. As they are thinking about it and describing it, gently make sure they don't drift away from the subject. By doing this, you are teaching them how to become aware and maintain focus, which is the key to learning how to "concentrate."
By doing these exercises daily, when you do tell your child to "concentrate," they will understand what you're talking about. If you've noticed, every time I wrote the word "concentrate," I put it in quotation marks. Your subconscious most likely noticed it and each time you read that word it focused in on it. Then as you read, you "concentrated" on the word "concentrate." Also, learning how to meditate will teach you how to "concentrate"
Please remember the next time your child is doing homework or studying for a test, do not tell them to "concentrate," unless you're going to teach them how to first.

"ENERGY ZAPPERS AND HOW TO PREVENT NEGATIVE ABSORPTION"
Here's the scene; you're walking down the street , in a park, or walking in the mall, You look up from your phone (let's face it, in today's society, who doesn't have their faces buried in their phones, right?") just in time to see a familiar person walking towards you. Normally, this wouldn't bother you, except this time, you know the person coming towards you is a "negative Nellie," a "buzz kill Bert," an "energy vampire," what do you do? How do you react?
Do you cross the street, do you walk on the other side of the mall, or do you turn around and start booking it to avoid an encounter with this "energy zapper?" In your head, you can already hear how the conversation will commence should you engage this individual, and at the moment, you just don't feel like working that hard at blocking the absorption of "negative energy," this person is emitting. But first, let's review what an "energy zapper" is; I'm sure that everyone is familiar with this type of person. They can be the sweetest, kindest, people, but sadly, everything that comes out of their mouths is more like talking to the gloomy, pessimistic, Eeyore, from Winnie-the-Pooh.
You really don't want to ask them how they're doing because, well, you just don't care . . . and . . . you already know whatever they say is going to be of a "negative," nature. Then they say something like; "hey, we should go out for a drink or lunch." You pleasantly agree, but in your head you're thinking; "there is no way in hell I'll be doing that!" So, what's the solution?
Firstly, and most importantly, remember this, you are still a being of "love, kindness, respect, and compassion." and that will sustain you and prevent you from absorbing any of that "negative energy." All you need to do is to gently and lovingly, remind yourself of that before you engage in any sort of conversation with an "Energy Zapper."
Secondly, choose your questions wisely. What I mean by that is; Instead of saying; "Hey, how are you, or how have you been doing?" Change it up and say something like; "what a pleasure it is to see you," therefore avoiding the introduction or segue, for an earful of "negativity."
Finally, excuse yourself promptly, telling this person that you are running late or or have to get to an appointment. Be creative, not cruel. Next, tell this person that you hope they have a great day and mean it. Send them off on a "positive" note and bless them with "love, Light and pure source energy"

"CONNECTING TO THE LIGHT"
Do you connect to the "light?" The "light" is a divine source of energy that everyone should tap into. It has many positive benefits and when practiced regularly, will raise both your vibrations and frequencies to a much higher level. When you raise your frequencies, everything you do will come from a place of love and joy. So, how do you connect to the light? It's actually quite easy.
Close your eyes and take a few gentle relaxing breaths. Now, using your divine energy, picture the light inside of you exiting in all directions to wrap around the world. Next, picture that light soaring into the sky from the top of your head and shooting past the moon, the stars, the planets, to a place where you can feel the "divine light" of the universe. Once you are there, pull that light into yourself and gently guide it back to your body through the top of your head. Feel how energized and uplifted you are now. You can return to this "light" anytime you so desire and for whatever reason you choose.
Try connecting to the "light" when you're feeling down, angry, or even in pain. Release all the negativity to the light and free yourself from the anxiety it brought you. The light will make you emotionally, spiritually, and physically stronger. Of course, there is a great deal more to learn about the "light" and the questions you should be asking it about understanding different events , negative patterns, lost love, money woes and how to say; what would it take to . . and then "change" your life.
